All 46 Blood of Dawnwalker Achievements and Trophies (2026)
The complete Blood of Dawnwalker achievements list: all 46 entries, the ones that are hidden or missable, and the fastest route to the Platinum.
The List at a Glance
The Blood of Dawnwalker ships with 46 achievements on Steam and Xbox Series X|S, and 47 trophies on PlayStation 5 — the extra one is the Platinum, “Every Last Drop,” earned automatically for completing everything else. The PS5 breakdown is 1 Platinum, 3 Gold, 5 Silver, and 38 Bronze. Roughly 17–23 of the entries are hidden depending on platform and tracker, mostly story and ending beats whose descriptions stay masked until triggered. TrueAchievements flags 13 as missable — manageable, but only if you know where they hide. There is no New Game Plus, and none is needed: the Platinum is a one-playthrough completion in roughly 30–60 hours because every ending is reachable from a single save made before the final quest.

The Achievements That Matter Most
You will earn most of the 46 through a thorough natural playthrough — quests, bosses, exploration. A dozen or so demand attention:
- Uphill Battle (Gold) — complete one full ending on the Duelist preset without ever altering a difficulty modifier. Changing any setting, even enabling an assist, switches the preset to “Custom” and voids the run. The community shortcut: take The Turncoat ending on Duelist, which skips the final boss entirely.
- Together Forever — the secret ending of the Home Sweet Home dream quest: stay in the loop for roughly five cycles instead of escaping. It rolls the credits and ends that run — do it on a manual save.
- The Tsarina’s Favourite Human — complete all five Sanzhani favors, which also grants the game’s only extra day.
- Fishmonger sale — sell a fish consumable to the lone fishmonger in Svartrau’s daytime market. She disappears at Infamy level 9 when the gates shut. Easy, permanently missable, and the one that catches most completionists.
- Decapitation — behead an enemy with the Artery Strike ability while under the day-only Burning Blood witchcraft effect, ideally with Bleed applied first for a near-guaranteed trigger.
- Blood Surge — make an enemy explode with the Blood Surge vampirism ability, unlocked by consuming Xanthe’s blood.
- Legendary gear pair — craft the Imbued Sword of St. Mihai via Forge It Anew and the Arbiter armor set via A Bulwark Against Darkness.
- Three passive abilities slotted — any three passives in active slots; Mercurial Fervour and Shapeshift both count.
The Missable Checklist
Beyond the fishmonger: the Duelist achievement is missable by definition if you touch a modifier; several ending-linked entries require Lacra’s and Crake’s questlines completed before the finale; and the ending-gated trophies each need their branch triggered before the point of no return. The game’s 54 manual save slots are the entire defense — save in a fresh slot every in-game day and before every major choice.
The Fastest Completion Route
- Play your normal run on Fair, keeping the fishmonger sale and Sanzhani cluster on a checklist.
- Before the final quest, park a dedicated manual save.
- Do the Duelist run via The Turncoat ending first, while difficulty discipline is fresh.
- Reload, drop to Story preset, and mop up every remaining ending and ability trophy from the same save.
Thirty hours is achievable with heavy save-reloading; forty to sixty is the honest average. Our how-long guide breaks the hours down further.
Tracking Your Completion
The game itself offers surprisingly little: hidden achievements stay masked until triggered, and the journal tracks quests, not trophies. External trackers (TrueAchievements, Exophase, or Steam’s global unlock percentages) are the community’s answer — they show exactly which of the 46 you are missing and, more usefully, what percentage of other players have them, which is the fastest way to spot the fiddly ones. A practical rhythm: sync your save against a tracker at the start of each in-game week, and keep a text note of the missable entries — fishmonger before Infamy 9, Duelist discipline, Lacra and Crake chains before the finale — taped to your monitor, metaphorically or literally.
Do assists or sliders void anything besides Uphill Battle? No. Every other achievement ignores difficulty settings entirely, which is why the roadmap drops to Story preset for the mop-up phase.
Is the fishmonger trophy really the most-missed? By community reports, yes — she vanishes at Infamy 9 and most players hit that threshold long before remembering to sell a fish.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Platinum missable in one playthrough? No — that is the design. Every trophy is reachable from a single pre-finale save; only the Duelist discipline and the fishmonger are real threats.
Do hidden achievements show progress? Only the cumulative ones (sales, kills); story hiddens pop silently when their condition fires.
Does difficulty affect any other achievement? No. Everything except Uphill Battle can be done on Story preset.
